Abby Hooven, sports editor for the Henry County Local (La Grange, Kentucky), was recently named a regional sports director for Paxton Media Group, the company announced.
Hooven will retain her position with the Local while providing coordination, training and feedback for sports departments at The Oldham Era, Grant County News, Owenton News-Herald, Trimble County Banner, Carrollton News Democrat in Kentucky and the Madison Courier, North Vernon Plain Dealer & Sun and Corydon Democrat in Indiana.
